For this reason:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for made-to-order products.
Size Exchanges
We understand that sizing adjustments may occasionally be necessary.
Size exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unworn.
- Product must be unwashed.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
Only size exchanges are accepted.
Changes in style, color, or design are not eligible.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless otherwise agreed.
