Due to the made-to-order nature of every Hakaan Yıldırım product:
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once production has begun or after products have been delivered.
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defect
- Item damaged during transit
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery together with supporting photographs.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
